What we collect

• About your business, from public sources. To build a preview we use publicly available information — typically a Google Business listing and your existing website. We look for contact details a business publishes on its own site (such as an email address or phone number) so we can tell you the preview exists.
• What you send us. When you claim a site or contact us we keep your name, email address and the message you sent.
• Your account. Your email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in a readable form.
• Inquiries to your site. Forms on a live site collect what the visitor types (name, contact details, message) and deliver it to the business that owns the site.
• Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and subscription status; card numbers never reach our servers.

How we use it

To build and preview a site for your business, to operate the service you subscribe to, to answer you when you write, and to send the operational emails the service needs (invitations, password resets, receipts). Marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe and is honored permanently.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare — DNS and network.
• Render — application hosting and databases.
• Stripe — payments and billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google — Places listings and PageSpeed measurements.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in; a small local preference remembers your light/dark choice. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

Write to contact@solospark.net to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If we built a preview for you and you would rather we did not, say so and we will remove it and stop writing.
